Hi, I'm Colette.

I'm a lawyer by training, a learner by nature, and a curious mind wandering through books, places, ideas, and the occasional legal rabbit hole. I hold an LL.B. from National Cheng Kung University and an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where I explored the intersection of law, policy, and emerging technologies.

Right now, I'm learning AI and building this blog myself—third time's the charm after two failed attempts at learning to code. With a bit of persistence (and a lot of help from AI), I'm finally starting to see it come together. I hope to keep exploring the latest technologies and, someday, build something genuinely useful—and maybe even a little cool.
